INSTALLERS REPORT:

 a) RMC for basement bath not on site

 b) 1 handle needed for base corner

 c) 1 handle needed for each RMC (2) – 3 handles total

 d) 26” kickplate needed for pantry (L-mould glued on temporary)

 e) 1 L-mould needed for vanity kickplate

 NOTE: Breakfast bar c-top has damages. 2 gauges into the core, and one split in the laminate. The split is a manufacturer defect. I can’t explain the gauges. The split is located where the sink would be cut-out. There was no template given ( i did request) So if you can take the top before someone cuts out the sink, you can probably get a replacement from the supplier and not have to pay for it. The top is installed ( no scribe needed)

Signing and completing this form activates warranty. Once work and/or deficiencies on this form are completed this sheet will constitute a completion slip.
