INSTALLERS REPORT:

a) I cut out back of base corner cabinet to accommodate big pipe chase. Still need material to box it in. 2 shelves at 30” high will do it.

b) 96” paintable backpanel sent along with a 24” maple melamine panel to fill a 105” space. 2 different panels. For the record you need 105” of melamine 290. This house used to have a painted wall at each end of the island. They have recently deleted the outside wall to open up the main floor.

Signing and completing this form activates warranty. Once work and/or deficiencies on this form are completed this sheet will constitute a completion slip.
