They are checked manually for quality, useability, obscenities, and that your in fact a useable proxy site. Each submission is checked manually, even paid advertising is checked. If your site is unacceptable your payment will be refunded without delay. Although it is one-sided we take preference to quality. Quality in the domain name, the script being used, the speed of your server, and even the saturation of advertising on your site. High quality domains, and sites will be given freebies like a month of top listing etc. Do a good job and you can take advantage of this. Submitting too many proxies at a time may be overwhelming and it's possible none will be considered. If your domain is premium enough, you can slack on the site, if the site is of high standard, you can slack on the domain. To date, only 10% to 20% of all submissions are accepted. The rest are rejected.
